Route owner alerts into your team's Slack channels
Connect Slack to your Invitebase account to have key updates and alerts routed directly into a dedicated slack channel. You can be notified immediately anytime a referrer earned a manually fulfilled reward, your prefunded balance runs low, payouts are paused, or others. The connection is a Slack incoming webhook: no OAuth app to install, no bot user, no scopes to review.

Create an incoming webhook in Slack
In Slack, create an app for your workspace at api.slack.com/apps (Create New App → From scratch — a name like "Invitebase Alerts" and your workspace is all it needs). Under Incoming Webhooks, toggle the feature on, click Add New Webhook to Workspace, and pick the channel alerts should post to (e.g. #referral-alerts). Copy the webhook URL (https://hooks.slack.com/services/…).
Connect it in the dashboard
In Developer tools → Integrations, choose Connect → Slack and paste the webhook URL. Pick which alert types post to this channel — every type is on by default.
Send a test
Send test alert on the integration panel posts a sample message to the channel. The panel flips to Connected when Slack accepts it.
What posts, and when

| Low reward balance | Your prefunded balance drops below your configured threshold |
| Payout paused | The balance can no longer cover queued payouts |
Each message carries the same content as the email alert — the user, the tier, the promised reward — plus a deep link into the fulfillment queue or balance page. Alerts are idempotent per tier-crossing, and test-mode activity never posts to Slack, so the channel stays signal.
